Who doesn't love an engagement?...

Especially when it happens right in front of you... So just the other night another couple joined up with us in the city to go get a bite to eat at the famous John's Pizzeria on Bleeker Street, then we proceeded to walk around the neighborhood for a bit to work off some of the calories, when the most beautiful thing happened.  Just like out of a movie, a startling handsome guy is proposing to this gorgeous blonde bombshell, and whipping out a ring, the size of a postage stamp (well maybe not that big, but an amazing stone).  My guess is about a 3 carat Asscher cut... So excited, they asked our friend to take a quick picture...

Unfortunately not the best photo, but we witnessed history, as a couple solidified their love for each other, by committing their lives to one another... (Tear rolling down my face...)  They met at this location over 12 years ago, where they dated for a couple years, then lost contact, till fate stepped in and brought them back together after a 10 years, telling them that they were destined to be together...

I just wanted to wish them all the success in the world, and a big Congratulations and Mazel, since love, at the end of the day is what matters most!

...And maybe a really good interior designer, so I know they'll be calling me up after the honeymoon and the conversation leads to babies!... :)
