Frette, not just the most amazing bedding in the world...

So, bedding is often a question that comes up with interiors, of course, but the conversation then turns to, what is best, and is worth it... Well, first of all, let's break down the fact that the average person, unfortunately not myself, but the "normal" person gets approximately 8 hours of sleep a day, meaning a third of the day... Everyday...  Meaning a third of your life is spent in bed.  Yeah, given that reality check, I think some money could be invested in your bedding... Right?!...

This is a particular shout out to the fine staff at Frette, and specifically the team that I deal with at ABC Carpet & Home here in NYC.  They are just amazing people to work with, and deserve some credit.  The Frette line has been synonymous with high end and luxury, which it is, but they try to cater to several different markets.  They offer several lines of bedding, from the Edmond Frette, to the Essentials, to the Hotel, then of course the indulgent Couture line...

There designs are constantly evolving, but always have a true sense of quality and excellent craftsmanship.  It's worth a shot exploring all options when you're looking to freshen up your linens, since it might surprise you to add a little Frette under the covers.  Why not try just a fitted and flat sheet, as those are the two layers that really touch you at night, if you're really watching your wallet.

Not only does this brand create bedding to die for, but it's a lifestyle, which offers clothes and accessories as well as leather goods...

I would so rock both of these items... The Alpaca Scarf with Herringbone Stitch!  I mean, come on! Gorgeous!  Paired with this smart looking Galapagos Travel Bag... Shut up... Chic is an understatement!

So go out there and explore what you've already known as fabulous... Frette stands behind everything they do, and you will not be disappointed!  Remember a third of your life people!  You might as well make that portion of your life as comfortable as possible!
